DIAZINON 60% K.E. (Diason 60%)

Structure. Diazinon - 60% and fillers (emulsion, solvent, stabilizer) - 40%.

Description. Diazinon is an emulsion concentrate, a yellowish liquid with a specific odor.

Destination. Diazinon - one of the most popular phosphorus-organic insecticides in the world, has a wide spectrum of action with well-defined contact and intestinal activity. In the Russian Federation it is registered and recommended for the treatment of sheep with the aim of treating and preventing the defeat of animals with scabies, bloodsuckers, lice, gadflies, ticks and other ectoparasites.

Dosage and administration. The drug is used for spraying and bathing animals.

Spraying is carried out using all types of sprayers, preferably immediately after cutting (before the expiration of 6 weeks).

The recommended dose is 0.02% aqueous emulsion.

Bathing is carried out by immersion of sheep in water with the addition of diazinon in it at a concentration of 0.02-0.025%. With a decrease in solution volume by 10%, the bath is replenished with a 0.075% aqueous diazinone solution.

The multiplicity of processing depends on the epizootic setting. In order to prevent sheep, they bathe once in spring or autumn, for medicinal purposes - twice with an interval of 10 days between treatments.

Contraindications It is not recommended to treat in the bath weakened and thirsty animals, as well as animals under the age of 4 weeks.

Note. Slaughter of animals for meat is recommended not earlier than 20 days after processing.

The shelf life of diazinon is at least 4 years, provided that it is stored in a closed container at a temperature of 20 ° C.
