Vasosan is used in dogs with chronic heart failure, arterial hypertension, cardiomyopathy of various genesis and for prevention of myocardial ischemia.
Cats are used to reduce systolic pressure (if the systolic pressure is between 160 and 230 mm Hg).
1. Trade name: Vazosan. International non-proprietary name: ramipril.
2. Dosage form: tablets for oral administration. The preparation is produced in three modifications: Vasosan-5, Vasosan-2.5 and Vasosan-1.25, containing in the same tablet 5 mg, 2.5 mg and 1.25 mg ramipril, respectively, as well as auxiliary substances: microcrystalline cellulose, potato starch, calcium stearate, talc, colloidal silicon dioxide, iron oxide and lactose.
3. Vasosan is released in the form of tablets of round shape from light yellow to light brown with two perpendicularly arranged dividing grooves on one side. A company logo (AS) on the other side of the tablet is acceptable. The expiration date of the medicinal product under the conditions of storage in the manufacturer's sealed packaging is 3 years from the date of manufacture.
It is necessary to close the lid tightly after each opening of the can. Do not use the product after the expiration date.
4. The preparation is made up to 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, 25, 30 and 50 tablets packed into polymeric jars with control caps of the first opening. Banks with the drug are placed in cardboard bundles complete with instructions for use.
5. Store the drug in a sealed manufacturer's packaging, protected from direct sunlight, away from food and feed, at a temperature of 2 ° C to 30 ° C.
6. Vasosan should be stored in places inaccessible to children.
7. Dispose of unused medicinal product in accordance with legal requirements.
